Apartments:
The check-in for your apartments booked via Zrce.de takes place at our partner travel agency directly on site in Novalja. Please bring your Zrce.de travel voucher, your ID cards, and the deposit.
The deposit amounts depending on the accommodation category:
Standard Apartments: 150.00 € per unit
Superior and Luxury Apartments with Pool: 300.00 € per unit
Private Villas: 1000.00 € per villa
The deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided the accommodation and inventory are handed over in proper and clean condition.
Additionally, a flat fee of 55.00 € - 150.00 € per unit/villa for final cleaning will be charged.
In Croatia, a statutory tourist tax of approximately 1.60 € per person per day is also due.
This is paid on site during check-in or check-out.
The check-in takes place directly at the accommodation.
There you will receive the key, house rules, and further information such as the Wi-Fi code.
The check-out is done by an employee directly in the apartment, where you will also receive your deposit back.
Check-in times: daily from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
During the peak season, check-in is possible around the clock.
Check-out time: daily by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Deviating times are of course possible by arrangement. You can also find all details in your travel documents.
