Jellyfish
Jellyfish are rather rare at Zrce Beach. The Adriatic Sea is generally a calm and safe bathing area. If jellyfish do appear, they are usually harmless moon jellyfish that do not cause painful stings.
If contact does occur, vinegar helps with the burning. Under no circumstances should you rinse with fresh water – this can activate the stinging cells. There are also special gels for jellyfish stings available at local pharmacies.
