The recently built Villa Pool Maris is located in Novalja and impresses with its state-of-the-art facilities and a beautiful, large pool.
All apartments have air conditioning, kitchen, living room, bedroom, shower room, a large balcony or terrace, and free Wi-Fi. There is ample parking directly at the house. The center of Novalja is only about 400m away. The beach of Novalja with bathing opportunities and many attractions is also about 400m to 500m away.
The Villa Pool Maris has eleven 2-person apartments, one 3-person apartment, ten 4-person apartments, and two 6-person apartments.
