For the 2026 season, Kalypso at Zrce Beach is getting a massive upgrade: new bars, larger dance floor, modern lighting design, and above all, a completely new after-beach area with pool and direct access to the beach. This means for you: more space, better vibes, and even more daydrinking + parties right by the sea – exactly what Zrce and Novalja stand for.

Kalypso is the most traditional club at Zrce Beach in Novalja. What started over 30 years ago as a small beach bar is now one of the most important and beautiful clubs at Zrce Beach. With international top acts, strong festivals, and local scene DJs, Kalypso delivers a line-up of absolutely top level week after week. Over 3,000 guests celebrate here simultaneously.

Internationally, Kalypso also ranks among the best: in 2017, it achieved the highest new entry in the DJ Mag Top 100, and in 2018 it climbed directly to 33rd place. Since then, Kalypso has been a permanent fixture in the Top 100 clubs worldwide – making it a true flagship for Zrce Beach and the party scene in Novalja.

Since the major redesign in 2015, Kalypso has a look that you won't find anywhere else at Zrce Beach: the club stretches from the beach to the edge of the forest, combining sea, sand, and nature into a unique open-air location. Large dance floor, many bars, short distances – everything here is designed for maximum partying. Whether at the after-beach in the afternoon or at night until sunrise.
